Frequently Asked Questions / Forms

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held on the first Monday of the month, at 8PM unless otherwise noticed, at the Plandome Heights Village Hall,  37 Orchard Street, Manhasset, NY 11030.  Certain Public Hearings, at which greater than 20 people are expected, may be held at a larger facility.  Such exceptions would be appropriately noticed.

The Architectural Review Board meets on an as-needed basis on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 8PM at the Plandome Heights Village Hall.  E-mail clerk@plandomeheights-ny.gov for more information.

The Zoning and Appeals Board and the Planning Board meet on an as-needed basis.  E-mail clerk@plandomeheights-ny.gov for more information.

The Technology Advisory Board meets independently or with the Mayor at the Village Hall after business hours and on weekends on an as-needed basis.  E-mail technology@plandomeheights-ny.gov for more information.

Village Court is held on the second Monday of every other month at 8PM at the Plandome Heights Village Hall.  E-mail courtclerk@plandomeheights-ny.gov for more information.

On all federal holidays, absolutely no contractor or landscaping work is permitted.  Violators will be ticketed.
