April 4, 2012 Mayor Riscica letter to County Executive Mangano re: Plandome Road
April 2, 2012 Annual Organizational Meeting including:- Justice Cye Ross swears in new Mayor, new and continuing Trustees,new Historian- Mayor Riscica makes comprehensive finance presentation and discusses preparation of a Capital Plan- Annual resolutions and appointments made- Tentative Budget revised to eliminate proposed tax increase- New Investment policy approved as recommended by NYS Office of State Controller

- Emergency Management Plan approved

- Citizens Advisory Committee on Finance established. Dan Cataldo appointed.

Message from the New Mayor

March 20, 2012 Village elections were held with 60 voters present, a high turnout for Plandome Heights.The results were:
Aida Ferman (55 votes) and Alvin Solomon (47 votes), reelected asTrustees,
Lynne Aloia (52 votes) elected Trustee,
Trustee Kenneth C. Riscica (52 votes)elected Mayor.
